N110B Case: Former Kogi Governor Yahaya Bello Remanded by Court; Bail Decision Set for December 10

Justice Maryanne Anenih of the Federal Capital Territory High Court in Abuja has ordered the remand of former Kogi State Governor Yahaya Bello in EFCC custody. Bello, along with Shuaibu Oricha and Abdulsalam Hudu, faces 16 charges from the EFCC. The court will decide on his bail application on December 10, 2024.
