Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan of Kogi Central has accused Senate President Godswill Akpabio of targeting her in the Senate after she refused his alleged sexual advances.
Speaking in an interview with Arise TV on Friday, she said, “Mine is the case of a student being punished by a lecturer for refusing to sleep with him.”
Tensions between the two escalated on February 20 during a Senate session when Akpoti-Uduaghan refused to move to a newly assigned seat, leading to a heated exchange with Akpabio.
